For regular orders, please place all orders at least 72 hours (three days) in advance to avoid disappointment. Please note that your order is not confirmed until you receive an email response.
For Christmas Special orders, please place these before 11:59pm, Tuesday 10 December 2024. Your order is not confirmed until you have paid the 50% deposit.
Outside of school holiday periods, our cakes are currently available on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. If your cake requirements fall outside these days, please email nick@zuckerhaus.com.au to see if there is any extra availability.
In the lead up to Christmas, we will have additional operating days, including Christmas Eve. For more details, click here.
Please note that all our cakes are made in a kitchen that utilises common allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, fish and shellfish, soy, lupin and wheat). While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee that our products will be free from traces of these allergens.
