Featured Products
The classic French strawberry cake, the Fraisier, is a delightful and visually impressive creation that is somewhere between a cake and a pastry. Our Fraisier consists of two thin layers of almond Genoise sponge filled with a vanilla crème mousseline (German buttercream) and plenty of strawberries. It is completed with a thin layer of torched meringue and a mix of fresh strawberries and other berries.

Skolebrød or skolebolle (school bread) are a popular yeasted bun from Norway, where you can find them in pretty much every bakery, supermarket and petrol station. These cardamom, custard and coconut buns aren't just for school-aged kids though - they go down a treat at any age.

This single-serve petit gâteau is a homage to one of Vienna's most famous culinary inventions, the Sachertorte. These mini cakes feature rich chocolate sponge separated by a layer of luscious apricot jam, covered in chocolate ganache and a final coat of silky dark chocolate glaze. Best served with unsweetened whipped cream and a coffee, just like they do in its birthplace, Vienna's Hotel Sacher.

GâteauMoka or Mocha Cake is a classic French coffee-based cake, thought to be named after the type of coffee beans exported from the 18th century coffee trading port of Mokha in Yemen. Our ode to this classic features a crunchy hazelnut base with alternating layers of rich coffee buttercream and chocolate sponge soaked in coffee syrup and coated in caramelised almond crumbs. If you love coffee, then this is the cake for you.
