Victoria Sponge

Named after Queen Victoria, the Victoria Sponge or Victoria Sandwich is a beloved British cake. Our take on this classic turns the decadence up, featuring a light vanilla sponge filled with macerated strawberries and fresh Chantilly Cream, and decorated with cream rosettes and more glazed strawberry slices.

Dietary Information

The standard Victoria Sponge contains the following common allergens:

  • gluten (flour)
  • eggs
  • milk (butter, milk, cream & chocolate)
  • sulphites (balsamic vinegar)
  • soy (chocolate)

A low gluten version is available.
