Victoria Sponge

Named after Queen Victoria, the Victoria Sponge or Victoria Sandwich is a beloved British cake. Our take on this classic turns the decadence up, featuring a light vanilla sponge filled with macerated strawberries and fresh Chantilly Cream, and decorated with cream rosettes and more glazed strawberry slices.

A low gluten version is available. Please note that traces of this product may still be found in the cake as other cakes containing these ingredients are made in the same kitchen.
