Just like a Pfeffernüsse, only in cake form! Our Gingerbread Cake is packed full of delightful spices, with its two sponge layers seperated by a thin layer of chocolate ganache, coated in a vanilla icing and dusted with cocoa powder. If one gingerbread cookie isn't enough for you, then this gingerbread cake is the one for you this Christmas.

This cake contains:

  • gluten (flour)
  • eggs
  • dairy (butter, milk & cream)
  • tree nuts (gingerbread spice mix may contain traces of nuts)
  • soy (chocolate)

A low-gluten version is available.
